The present study aims to design a model for good governance of Women's Sports in Sports organizations. The research method in the qualitative part is based on data theory and in the quantitative part is part of applied research. In-depth interviews were used to collect information and the analysis of information by Strauss and Corbin method with Charmaz constructivist approach has been studied. The statistical population of the qualitative part of the research, including experts, experts in the field of Women's Sports and management professors, who were interviewed using the non-probability method and the snowball technique, finally 15 people were interviewed. In the quantitative part, the statistical population of the study was all managers and staff of the Ministry of Sports and Youth, managers of provincial Sports and youth departments, managers of Sports federations (2900 people). 80 people were randomly selected. The researcher-made questionnaire had 22 indicators and 5 main components, the validity of which was confirmed by 10 elites and its reliability was 083. Findings showed that in the open coding step, a total of 480 initial open codes were obtained, of which 315 codes are related to the key factors affecting the governance of Women's Sports and 165 codes are related to the strategies of the optimal governance process of Women's Sports. The results showed that the factors affecting the good governance of Women's Sports were divided into three components: external, internal and intermediate factors and strategies were divided into individual-organizational factors and socio-political factors. The most important indicators in the research model were policy-making in factors and empowerment in solutions with 81% correlation. According to the research findings, the results showed that in order to better govern Women's Sports, executive policies in Sports organizations need to be reformed in the presence of more women in the administrative system along with capacity building and empowerment through vocational training courses to empower women. To be used more in the field of Sports.

Abstract:

Nowadays participation in Sports has increased among women thus, sport injuries which makes an inevitable part of it has increased too. Determination of Sports injuries incidence has a critical importance in care programs. In this study 97 cases of Sports injuries occurred during the Second Islamic Countries Women's Sports games were evaluated. For each case referee a special form was filled out by the physician. This form included these parameters: age, field of sport, nationality, transportation to hospital, timing of the accident (training or competition, first, middle or last part of the play), anatomic location of the injury ,kind of injury, history of previous injury, involvement of another player in occurring, leaving the game, warming up and physical fitness (weekly training). Then incidence of injury was calculated in contact and non contact Sports separately. Incidence of injuries per participants and incidence per hours of play were calculated. Incidence of Sports injuries had a significant relationship with the kind of sport (contact or non contact), (P=0.02) Mean of age of injured cases was 20.08 yr. The highest rate of injuries was reported in Badminton, Handball and Karate, and lowest of which in Chess, Swimming and, Shooting. The highest rate of injuries occurred in the lower limb (56.7%). In 94.8% of cases, soft tissue was injured. In 47.4% of cases contusion and 14.4% wound or laceration were reported. Other kinds of injury had lower rates. 81.5% of cases had warming up equal or more than 10 minutes before playing. 8 1.1 % of cases had equal or more than 3 times hour/week training in their program. The contact Sports group had significant relationship with transport to hospital (Fischer index=0.01), history of pervious injury (P=0.006), ankle vs knee (in lower limb joints) (P=0.05).leaving the game (P=0.0001), another player involved in injury (P=0.00). The most frequent Sports injuries was soft tissue injuries and occurred most tTequently in the lower extremities and Sports injuries occurs more frequently and more severely in contact Sports than non contact Sports.

Abstract:

In today's world, the media is the most important means of conveying messages to the public via various ways. It has a significant contribution to the level of public awareness of various issues. Therefore, the present study deals with media's effect on gender stereotypes in Women's Sports. The method used to analyze the data is thematic analysis. The research population includes Iranian women athletes at professional level and researchers working in the field of Women's Sports studies. When analyzing the findings of the interviews, there are two main themes: the dysfunctions and functions of the media in the field of media influence on gender stereotypes are extracted, which indicates their dual and contradictory influence. It means that on the one hand, the consequences of covering the successes and activities of professional women athletes in the media undermine the prevailing patriarchal ideas in Sports, while, on the other hand, the media reinforces gender stereotypes in society by inciting and emphasizing the femininity dimension of female athletes through inducing a gender perspective and believing that Women's Sports are not severe in the public mind.

Abstract:

The position of women in Sports, even in terms of equality of other conditions, was lower than of men. The study is to explain the relationship between sport participation and social anomia, violence and conflict, theft, cheating and rebellion in female badminton, ping pong, squash and tennis athletes. After initial coordination for monitoring rocket Sports and determining the statistical society of female athletes in each discipline that has valid Sports insurance and at least three sessions in a week participate in their training, were included in the official statistics of each federation they were selected as the statistical community. In this research, using the obtained data analysis and applying the combination of quantitative and qualitative methods, of mixed research method was used. For descriptive statistics, variables were extracted using questionnaire specific questions and using the Likert scale scoring. The reliability index based on the Cronbach's alpha coefficient was 0/799. So, the index was close to one. The first to fifth factors have values higher than 1, and were 19/006, 17/901, 13/483, 12/993, and 16/868 percent, respectively. Totally, 84/126 percent of the variance was explained. As much attention is paid to the incentive for Sports participation, Vandalist mood diminishes and decreased. The research hypothesis was based on the non-relation between "sport perticipation and anomia". The severity of the relationship between these two variables (0/402) was evaluated at the lower and the negative levels. The correlation curve between the two variables confirmed the result. It is suggested in future studies, the impact of each of the factors obtained in this study is separately examined. The barriers and challenges ahead correspond to major national prevention programs. Abnormal behaviors should also be considered.

Abstract:

Purpose: Something that happens in the future of a scientific field depends on today's view of young people about the future. The perception of young people from the future and their conception of the future is very important. The purpose of this study was to imaging the future of Sports science from the perspective of educated youth. Method: The method of the present research is qualitative and exploratory research and in terms of purpose is applied research. The statistical population of the study included educated youth who are familiar with Sports science and the snowball sampling method was used for interviews and theoretical saturation were obtained with 23 interviews. To analyze the data, the content analysis method has been used to obtain the information of this research. Findings: The results show the future of Sports science among educated youth consists of seven main concepts that include: hope for a green education system, excessive interest in working in the Sports industry, basic reengineering, relative disappointment from the ability of authorities, social position through academic education, desire for empowerment and lack of skills, injustice, and utilitarianism. Conclusion: Finally, by observing the mental images of the youth, it can be stated that Sports science will move towards the dystopia if the current situation continues, and it can move towards the utopia with fundamental changes. In this direction, the stakeholders of Sports sciences need to be together and disagreements need to be managed as well as arbitrariness of Sports science professionals should be reduced.

Abstract:

Semiotics of the human environment is better known to us. The human environment is the world in which we live and we need to adapt to it. This article tries to scrutinize the conditions and the human environment in Women's Sports activities. Questions that are posed include: What is the body-language in Women's Sports, and how the interaction of the biological and cultural system creates and develops a discourse in society? Are signs of the body linguistic and make sense? What role do cultural requirements and implications play? Our hypothesis is that one cannot never rely on cultural requirements and advance decision-making discourse by judging, but it is necessary that these questions be able to persuade the public. Therefore, the first set of biological factors and its extension to the set of cultural factors of the semiotic environment are evoked, then we approach the role of sportive, cultural discourses and even pro-enunciations. In this article, we will try to better understand the semiotic nature of the action, the actors, the roles and the functions, as well as object of the value or the exercise of the object. But the great attention should be paid to sensory and axiological affairs whose absence can lead to a theatrical scene in Women's sport. We will therefore shed light on the layer of the power and the need for legal support and the media in sport.
